We have several different models to choose from, which vary in number of floors, square footage, and price.
Our homes are manufactured using our C-S.S.I.P panels (completed- steel structural insulated panels), a factory manufactured wall system that replaces standard stick framing and batt insulation. It is a solid one piece wall section composed of an all steel welded structural frame that has been pre configured with all electrical outlets, jacks, communications, DSL, phone etc. within a standard cam locking device connecting the entire home seamlessly. Imagine s.i.p panels built with steel and delivered to your building site as a finished product ready to plug and play.
Our C-SSIP is the fundamental building block in our homes. Unlike our competitors who build modular boxes, we use our C-S.S.I.P panel combined with a steel truss roofs which are factory built and site erected within a weeks. The advantages of using our interchangeable wall panel are several including flexible floor plans, windows placed where you want them and a wider variety of sites where our homes can be erected.
Our building approach gives you the best quality to price ratio possible. Our floor plans have been carefully thought out and can be modified upon the customer’s request to meet your specific needs. Our in house designers combined with our interchangeable wall panels make this customization possible. You get a custom built but at a better price and in a fraction of the time! |

All our buildings will be LEED certified which means that we have done our best job to ensure your house has the lowest emissions possible and smallest ecological footprint (see LEED Frequently Asked Questions ) .
You can be assured that your dwelling is highly synchronized with its immediate environment and is deriving the maximum benefits from the local geography. While some architects argue that prefab buildings are less sensitive to context, we prefer our buildings to fit the environment. What does this mean? Very simply, it means working with nature instead of at odds with it. We see our homes as part of the ecological system. In nature there is in no pollution and no waste. We strive to copy nature. Scott Francis CEO
Scott Francis CEO/President has been an environmental planning consultant for over 20 years, having been involved in the design, development and construction of natural ECO homes and communities in California and Hawaii. Mr. Francis developed a keen sense for the aesthetics of nature’s beauty and balance and has initiated symbiotic methods of building that compliment and enhance the municipalities and environments. Mr. Scott has developed real estate in an enlightened way, successfully addressing urban problems create lines of homes that feature modern form and functionality and an unprecedented level of healthy/sustainability materials and energy systems. Mr. Francis is a graduate of Santa Barbra University, with Bachelors in environmental science and a minor in ecology. |
