• Each bedroom has its own sliding glass door entrance, walk in closets (closet organizers), and master bathroom.  
• Optional wet bar for each bedroom also available. Includes a small fridge sink and hot plate.
•  All appliances are state of the art and meet Star Energy requirements.  Optional “dashboard controls” for smart house energy management.    
• Bathrooms stress glass, tile, and big window views with sit down comfort.  Optional steam bath available.
• Custom made cabinetry stressing clean lines and a high level of craftsmanship thus providing elegant storage solutions keeping the house clutter free.
• Solar panels option available freeing you from the power company.  You sell your excess electricity back to power company.
• Rain water and grey water system installed upon request, reducing your  dependence on centralized utilities and saving  both the environment and you money.  
• Passive solar design comes first thereby keeping your dependence on air conditioning and heating to a minimum.
