Our C-SSIP is the fundamental building block in our homes.  Unlike our competitors who build modular boxes, we use our C-S.S.I.P (completed-steel structural insulated pane) combined with steel truss roofs which are factory built and erected within a week.  The advantages of using our interchangeable wall panel are several including flexible floor plans, windows placed where you want them and a wider variety of sites where our homes can be erected.

Our building approach gives you the best quality to price ratio possible.  Because of our innovative and customizable floor plans combined with a selection of stylish interiors and exteriors to choose from, there is no need to hire architect.  You are encouraged to self modulate your home from styling to size.  In addition to savings you get the quality of a custom in a prefab package.
